Frequently Asked Questions
We are excepting litters of First Generation Cavoodles to be born mid and late July. Puppies will be ready for new homes from Mid to late Sept 2025. Please contact us if you would like to reserve a pup.
Your puppy will have been vet checked, received its first C3 vaccination, microchipped and wormed fortnightly. We also include a puppy pack to help puppy settle in its new home. Our puppies have been gently handled by our young children since birth. They are well socialised and learn to use a pet potty, doggy door and introduced to sleeping in a crate.
We are happy to contact interested buyers when puppies are born. However, we are a private family home and do not offer puppy meets before take home day.
We advertise puppies to our website when they are six to seven weeks old. Each puppy has a photo with a description of its coat color, expected adult weight and some information about its personality. To secure a puppy please submit the application on the advertised day.
We will update both our Instragram & website a month before advertising the puppies online, with a note of the date & time puppies will be available for selection
Unfortunately we do not offer this option. We are a private family home and do not hold "open days". We receive a large number of request to come visit and meet our puppies, but this is only offered to those who are purchasing a puppy from us. Buyers can meet us and their puppy on collection day. We do not take deposits, so a buyer is under no obligation to purchase their puppy, if for some reason they have a change of heart.
We are a small breeder and only have a few select litters per year. Our website and Facebook page are kept up to date with information about uncoming litters.
Yes, all of our breeding dogs have been DNA tested and are regularly healthy screened for eye, ear and heart issues. Our studs are fully DNA "CLEAR" of testable diseases, meaning they can be mated to any of our females without producing "affected" puppies. If they are bred with a "carrier" or "affected" dog they may produce "carrier" puppies. A "Carrier" means that one copy of the disease gene is present in your dog, but that it will not exhibit disease symptoms. Carriers will not have medical problems as a result. Dogs with Carrier status can be enjoyed without the fear of developing medical problems.
Yes, we are happy to sell interstate, at buyers expense. We have puppies in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and throughout South Australia. Transport can be arranged through a reliable animal transport company.
Yes, we can send puppies overseas, depending on where you are located. We have a number of Adelaide Cavoodle puppies throughout mainland USA, Hawaii, Singapore, the Netherlands and Kenya!
International puppies are $5,500AUD. Puppies stay with us until for a minimum of 12 weeks. The additional fees are to cover the cost of extra vaccinations, worming, food and time spent socializing, house training, crate training and preparing puppy for its flight.
International buyers must organize transport through a reliable pet transport company, such as Jet Pets themselves. All expenses incurred are the responsibility of the owner. We are happy to help with delivery to Adelaide Airport.
